On December 13, 2018, Peter Goodman presented a continuing legal education course to members of the International Intellectual Property Society entitled Recent Changes in New York Law on Sexual Harassment, Salary History and Ban the Box. The course covered developments in New York statutory law imposing requirements on employers with respect to maintaining policies on sexual harassment in the workplace and providing sexual harassment prevention training. The program also included a discussion about New York legislation concerning inquiries during the hiring process into salary history and criminal conviction history.
